A valid government-issued photo ID is required for entry.

Admission requires a valid event ticket.

Wristband required for re-entry
Event staff reserve the right to refuse entry or remove anyone whose behavior creates an unsafe or disruptive environment.
🎭 Cosplay & Dress Guidelines

Cosplay is encouraged, but never required!

Whether you're wearing cosplay, ravewear, anime-inspired fashion, or simply everyday clothes, you're welcome here.

These are adult (21+) nightlife events, not a convention.
Revealing outfits are welcome. However:

Genitals and nipples must remain covered at all times.

Sheer material and pasties are considered acceptable coverage.

Thong-style bottoms and exposed butt cheeks are permitted.

Footwear must comply with venue safety requirements.

No real or prop weapons are permitted.

Props may not be swung, thrown, or used in a threatening manner.

🎶 Dance Floor Etiquette
Help us keep the energy fun and safe.

Respect everyone's personal space.

If someone falls, help them up if it is safe to do so.

Be mindful of those around you while dancing.

Aggressive behavior, intentional pushing, or actions that endanger others may result in removal from the event.
🍸 Food & Alcohol

Alcohol will be available for purchase.

Please drink responsibly.

No outside food or alcohol is permitted.

There will be no food available for purchase, please eat before you come!
Guests who appear excessively intoxicated may be refused service or removed from the event at the discretion of venue security or event staff.
🚭 Smoking & Vaping
Smoking and vaping are only permitted in designated outdoor areas, where allowed by the venue.
Wristbands are required for re-entry.
🎒 Bags & Prohibited Items
All bags are subject to inspection upon entry.
The following items are prohibited:

Professional camera equipment without prior media approval

Additional items may be prohibited at the discretion of venue security.
📷 Photography & Media
Photography and video recording may occur throughout the event for promotional purposes.
By attending, you acknowledge that you may appear in photographs or video used by Otaku After Dark Society for promotional, marketing, and social media purposes.
If you prefer not to appear in promotional content, please notify event staff. While we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your request, we cannot guarantee that incidental appearances in crowd photos or videos can be avoided.

🎫 Ticket Policy

All ticket sales are final.

Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable except if the event is canceled or rescheduled.

If the event is canceled, ticket holders will receive a full refund, minus applicable fees.

If the event is rescheduled, ticket holders will be provided options regarding their purchased tickets.
By purchasing tickets, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
🚫 Removal From the Event
Guests may be removed from the event without refund for, including but not limited to:

Fighting or violent behavior

Harassment or discrimination

Theft
-
Property damage
-
Illegal activity
-
Possession of prohibited items

Refusal to follow instructions from venue staff, security, or event staff
⚖️ Attendee Acknowledgement & Liability
By entering the event, you acknowledge that attendance is voluntary and involves inherent risks associated with crowded entertainment venues, including but not limited to slips, falls, loud music, lighting effects, and the actions of other attendees.
Otaku After Dark Society, its organizers, staff, volunteers, vendors, performers, and the venue are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property or for injuries except where required by applicable law.
Attendees are responsible for their own personal belongings and conduct throughout the event.
By attending, you agree to comply with these Event Guidelines and all applicable venue policies. Failure to do so may result in removal from the event without refund.
